Alex Graduation Party – The Boathouse at Rockett’s Landing

As many of you know, Mary’s daughter graduated from St. Gertrude High School on Tuesday, June 3rd. This was a very special day for the entire Hayes & Fisk Family so we wanted to share a few pictures from the Graduation Party with you.

We cannot thank them enough. Everything was perfect –
from the staff, to the food and certainly the view.

Cake: Cakes by Graham
Graham has been making cakes for Alex since her first birthday. It was so special to have
Graham make this beautiful cake for her Graduation. As you can see Alex will be going to
The University of Tennessee in the fall. The design on the top layer of the cake
mimics the plaid from her SGHS uniform and of course the gator is the SGHS mascot.

Flowers: Tommy’s Garden
Tommy also had a daughter graduate from St. Gertrude this year. He did the flowers for the
Baccalaureate Mass and for our party. The red and white arrangement represents
St. Edward’s, where Alex attended K-8, the white and green arrangement represents SGHS
and of course the orange one represents the University of Tennessee.

Andee also made this blanket for Alex to take to college with her. Andee got this idea from a magazine (Pre Pinterest!) when Mary was pregnant with Alex and she has been saving t-shirts ever since. The blanket is monogrammed on the other side.
