On Location Engagement Session | Dover Hall

We have another on location Engagement Session to share with you as we gear up for Lauren & Justin’s Wedding this weekend. They will be saying their “I do’s” this Saturday, April 2nd at Dover Hall Estate in Manakin Sabot, Virginia.

Once again this couple took advantage of having their engagement photos taken, on location at their wedding venue. Dover Hall serves as a beautiful backdrop, with many locations on the property, all a pretty as the next.

Lauren and Justin are so adorable together and their smiles are infectious. We had a great time capturing these images and we can’t wait to document their special day.

Richmond Ballet Gala | A Night in Verona

The Richmond Ballet Gala held at Dover Hall Estate is sure to take you back to A Night in Verona. The team at Dover Hall, along with Mosaic Catering & Events transformed the Ballroom and tented Conservatory in a magical venue for this spectacular event.

They did a marvelous job of incorporating the Romeo and Juliette Theme into every part of this event. From the signature cocktail, “What if it be a Poison” to a real life Romeo and Juliette that greeted guests, to the Love Lock Wall – you truly felt like you were enjoying a Night in Verona.

Guests enjoyed a live and silent auction stocked with generous donations to support the Richmond Ballet. The entire night was a success thanks to the countless volunteers that helped pull this event together and the amazing teams at Dover Hall and Mosaic.

Dover Hall Estate Wedding | Ambra & Trevor

Another gorgeous Dover Hall Estate Wedding in the books! Ambra & Trevor were married at this beautiful estate on Sunday, March 13th.

Both the ceremony and reception were held at Dover Hall in Manakin Sabot, Virginia. We have photographed numerous weddings at this venue just outside of Richmond, Virginia and each time we are just in awe how beautiful the event turns out. Their staff leaves no detail unturned and they are there to truly help each couple bring their vision to life.

Ambra and her bridesmaid’s enjoyed getting ready in the bridal suite while the guys spent the afternoon in the billiard’s room. The ceremony took place in the Grand Ballroom and then staff turned it around for the reception.

We had such a great time with this couple. Both Ambra and Trevor were very comfortable in front of the camera and and their wedding party and guests were a joy to work with. And as you will see in these pictures below, Ambra was a gorgeous bride and the couple’s love shines through in each and every image.
