We just love this Bell Family Beach Session. Alec and his family vacation in the Outer Banks of North Carolina every year. However, this is the first time so many of them were all there together. His mother, Minta and her boyfriend John joined them. As well as Alec’s brother Davis, his wife Tara and their three girls. You will also see guest appearances from the family dog, Sandy, and two friends of the girls.
We have many ties to this wonderful family. We had the honor of photographing Alec and Kristi’s wedding in Dallas, Texas. Also, Kristi’s brother Scott was one of our students at Texas School. We usually see him and his wife, Janet, every year.
Two years ago we created the most beautiful beach oil that hangs above their fireplace. It was absolutely gorgeous. However, we had a blast photographing them with their extended family for this session.
As you know, we photograph beach sessions all along the east coast every summer, but we love being in the Outer Banks. They had beautiful light and the perfect winds for this session and they made the most of it. Everyone had a great time and gave us the best smiles and so much of their personalities.
