We are reposting the Walton Sisters’ Portrait Session with the addition of the video below. You will see Jamie putting the finishing touches on their oil portrait. We do not leave any detail to chance.
We love how the images turned out for the Walton Sisters’ Portrait Session. We met Laura and her daughters, Anna Kate and Caroline after they were given a gift certificate to Hayes & Fisk. This certificate was given to them by Amanda and Anne, the former owners of Buttons & Bows Children’s Boutique. It is funny how some of our best Hayes & Fisk relationships and portraits start with a gift certificate.
From the beginning, Jamie knew that the end product would have a more sophisticated look. The blue tones from both of the girl’s dresses, helped us create the perfect look. Also, their outfits provided the perfect pop of color, with our gardens serving as the backdrop. We are so lucky to have these gorgeous gardens on our studio property.
In addition, we were really able to capture the innocence of the sisters as both the girls laughed and played the entire session. Also, their playful nature lead to the best smiles and their personalities really came through.
Like so many of our portrait consultations, Laura and Michael wanted to know when was the best time to have their children photographed. Our answer is simple – right now! With our busy, over-scheduled lives, living in the moment becomes harder and harder to accomplish. We have never had anyone say, “I wish we would have waited to have these portraits done.” The Walton Family now gets to enjoy these beautiful images on their walls every day. We can’t think of a better decoration piece for your walls.
