We are thrilled to share this Fowler Senior Portrait Session with you. The Fowlers are longtime clients of Hayes & Fisk, so we were so happy to be able to photograph Mary’s Senior Portraits. To see Mary all grown up and graduating high school was unbelievable. We still remember the precious, shy little girl.
Julie, Mary’s mom, has always made sure to document the major milestones for both of her children. So naturally, they did not miss capturing Mary’s graduation just as we did her brother, Noah’s. Hopefully one day, we will be photographing a wedding for one of the Fowler children.
Mary is an avid potter, painter, and artist. Unfortunately, the circumstances around Covid did not allow us to capture images from her school’s pottery classroom, however, we did get many beautiful images. We started Mary’s session, at our studio, for her drape portrait. While there we grabbed a few shots in the garden. Afterward, we headed to Trinity High School for a few shots. These locations gave us the perfect variety of backgrounds.
We even used her brother’s Trinity t-shirt to coordinate a few shots to compliment his senior portraits. The pale rose color dress was a perfect match for the oil painting we did of Noah at the state capitol. The campus was so quiet and still; it definitely allowed us to concentrate and quickly create all the necessary poses we needed to finish the curated walls of their home.
Prior to this session, we visited the Fowler home to reorganize, rehang, and curate all of the photos we have created over the years. During this process, we selected the perfect location for this milestone portrait. It now hangs beautifully beside Noah’s Senior Portrait.
