Oil Portrait for Grandparents – We absolutely love the Lisi-Moore Family. We have captured so many special moments over the years. For this session, we wanted to create an oil portrait for Ella’s grandparents. We have done an oil portrait for each grandchild when they have turned three months old. This portrait will complete the collection. 

We studied each of the six other portraits to make sure we used the same lighting and painting methods. Ella’s porcelain skin was exquisite with her delicate white christening gown and beautiful, bright eyes. These oil portraits are heirloom pieces of art that will bring wonderful memories to the Lisis and Moores for years to come. Through these pieces, we have frozen this special moment in time and preserved a little piece of family history. 

One thing we love most about photographing this family is their love of photography. They always make the most of each session by including everyone in the festivities. Parker enjoyed taking part in baby Ella’s session and he let his personality shine through. The grandparents were also part of the shoot and the fur and jewels belong to Kris, Ella’s grandmother. So much family history in one simple photograph.
