We just love this Spivey Family Portrait Session! Hayes & Fisk first photographed Mary Moncure and Thomas back in 2008. It is amazing to see that those little children have now grown into these amazing adults. Capturing these black and white images of two amazing athletes is a true honor.

Thomas has been a swimmer and cyclist for most of his adult life. His athleticism came through in every image. Not only is he in perfect shape, but his kind personality is evident in his eyes and bright smile. Every image we captured was better than the previous one. It was definitely hard to narrow down the best shots.

Mary Moncure was a star in each of her images as well. Her flexibility and long lines showcased a gymnast physique. Photographing subjects who have a deep passion and love for their sport is truly a joy for us. These black and white sessions have given us a new appreciation for athletes, no matter the sport.

Mary Hart scheduled this session because she purchased a new home and wanted to update her family portraits. Both children are now adults and she wanted to capture this special time before they were moving on with the next chapter of their lives.
