There are so many new and exciting things happening at Hayes & Fisk the Art of Photography! We are in full swing with the fall wedding season and we are starting to schedule our holiday portrait sessions.

We are also in the middle of a HUGE rebranding process that is going to bring new light to Hayes and Fisk. This process is so exciting and we can’t wait to share it with you.

Part of this rebranding process is going to include a new website which we will reveal in January. But in order to complete our new site we need NEW images. These images will be used for the website and for samples in our studio. We will be using some images from recent clients but we are also looking for models to help us with some new images. We are looking for a variety of sessions including families, children, engagement, maternity and newborn. If you are interested in being a Hayes & Fisk model please give us a call at 804.740.9307!

Looking forward to hearing from you! 804.740.9307

Oh we had so much from with Lesa and Lonnie Thomas!!! They renewed their vows at The Jefferson Hotel on May 26, 2012.

Lesa and Lonnie did not have a big wedding the first time, so they wanted this time to be what they had always dreamed of. When asked to describe her special day Lesa uses words like “Fairytale, Special, Amazing and Beautiful” and we couldn’t agree more.

There were many “special” parts of their wedding but one fun and unique touch was the fact that “Say Yes to the Dress Atlanta” was there to capture every moment. Lesa got her dress from Lori’s Bridal in Atlanta and SYTTD captured her entire process from picking the dress to her and Lonnie’s vows.

*Lesa and Lonnie’s episode aired September 28, 2012 (Season 4, episode 10) so be sure to check it out on OnDemand or find a rerun!

This post is going to be heavy on the pictures because we couldn’t narrow it down – they are all beautiful!

Lesa’s Favorite Memory from the Wedding: “My favorite memory from my wedding was the carriage ride. I truly felt like a princess for the day. I felt really special.”

What they had to say about Hayes & Fisk:  “Thoughtful words can barely express how much more memorable Hayes and Fisk made our wedding/renewal ceremony. Our moments were captured in every photo with a theme of true love never having an ending. Their photography is absolutely amazing! Not only were we fortunate to experience their professionalism and generosity; but experience that made big day less stressful.”

In closing we had to share these kind words from Samantha…

As an art historian I was looking for photographs that not only had a balanced composition but also captured the “essence” of my wedding. I didn’t find a photographer who I felt could do this until I came across Hayes & Fisk. Their previous wedding photographs from the cathedral were enough to convince me this was the right choice! Not only did they deliver beautiful photographs of my special day but they also were an incredible asset to have. Jamie helped me get into my dress and Mary bustled it later on. I even saw them passing out drinks for the toast. These are talented and hands on photographers. Any bride is lucky to have them on their big day!”

We hope you enjoyed because we sure did!
