While people may be our favorite subjects, we also love Photographing Man’s Best Friend. As our Hayes & Fisk family knows, we are huge animal lovers. Over the years we have photographed our client’s dogs, cats, horses, and more.
Our client’s animals have joined us in the studio for Holiday Quick Takes, posed outside in our gardens, and we have come to their homes or fields to capture them on their turf. We can’t claim to be family photographers if we don’t include the whole family.
For this session, Jamie was super excited to reconnect with his friend Andy. They have been friends for decades, but they hadn’t seen in each other in while. Andy reached out to have us photograph his beautiful dog, Mia. She is 11 years and was the perfect subject. We swear she was smiling for the camera.
We did several images inside our studio, as well as some in our garden. Mia was so well behaved and never “talked back”. She gave us the perfect expressions and seemed to enjoy being in front of the camera.
This session was done before our current Tails of RVA promotion, however, now is the perfect time to bring in your cat or dog to be photographed for our coffee table books. Simply schedule a session for your pet and they will be included in our new book. Also, Hayes & Fisk will make a $100 donation to Fetch-a-Cure. Click here to learn more about this special event.
If you don’t know about Fetch-a-Cure you should check out their website. They work tirelessly to further pet cancer awareness, education, and treatment.
