The ceremony was absolutely beautiful and filled with so much love. However, you will from the images below that the reception is where everyone celebrated that love! There were smiles on everyone’s faces as they enjoyed delicious food and danced the night away!

Following the ceremony, we captured pictures of the wedding party and guests and the ballroom was flipped for the fabulous reception that was to come. Guests were entertained with cocktail and light refreshments in the lobby, while we were able to get some great candid shots. Once the ballroom was ready for the reception, the guests transitioned in and the bride and groom got the party started with a beautifully choreographed first dance.

Following the first dance, they had the parents’ dances before guests were seated for dinner. Once formalities was complete, the dance floor was filled with nearly everyone in the room. Fun was definitely had by all, until the very last song.

Every summer we visit the beaches of Virginia and The Carolinas. Here we capture our clients as they enjoy family time at the beach. We encourage you to let us know when and where you are going to be so we can arrange to capture this special time for you and your family. The sand, ocean, and sun make for the perfect backdrop.

Look at the smiles in the pictures below. Everyone loves spending time at the beach, so this makes for the perfect time to capture these memories. Kids are happy, adults are relaxed, and everyones’ skin is glowing from the sun. Our clients tell us that their beach sessions are some of their favorite pictures of their family.

You will typically find us at Virginia Beach and The Outer Banks, but we are open to scheduling time at any beach in Virginia or the Carolinas. Our clients know we LOVE to travel, so as long as it works in our schedule we will make it happen.

This session was to celebrate Grace’s Senior Graduation. We have watched Grace and her brother Jett grow up right in front of our camera. During this session, Graces shared that they are so accustomed to coming to Hayes & Fisk for their holiday portrait session, that it does not feel like Christmas without a visit to our studio. We absolutely love these traditions.

Grace had such a great time in front of the camera. She had the perfect outfits to fit her personality and her smile came through in every image. Grace has such a kind and loving soul and we definitely think these images capture just that.

From Lilly to formalwear, every image is exquisite. They were able to find the perfect image for her oil portrait that will hang in the family’s piano room, beside her mother’s bridal portrait. We are already looking forward to Jett’s senior portrait session, which will be here before you know it.

Being a high school senior is such a special time in a teenager’s life. We just love when extra love goes into the perfect session. Senior are losing so much of their high school experience right now, it is nice to keep up these traditions.
